All in stock items will go out within 1-2 business days. All orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will go out the following Monday (or business day if Monday is a Holiday.) Most items will ship via USPS 1st Class Mail and will include tracking. Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 8 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when calculating shipping time. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. We will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Please note: we cannot guarantee package arrival dates. We try our best to get your packages out quickly, but once shipped and in the hands of USPS, delays may occur that are outside of our control. USPS 1st Class Packages can sometimes take up to 8 business days to arrive & ETA dates on tracking are not always accurate. Once packages leave New York & get scanned in at their next stop, ETA will update giving you a better idea when your package will arrive.
Returns & Exchanges
We are confident that you will love your purchase, but we know that things do not always work out. Your happiness is important to us & if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below and if you have any questions, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card that will be sent via email to the email address indicated on the Return Form. We can not issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 21 days of the date your order was delivered to you according to our tracking info. Please allow 5-7 days for your return package to arrive to us to ensure your return is received within the 21-day window. Make sure to keep a record of your return tracking number. Return shipping is your responsibility and is non-refundable. Haute Gypsy Boutique is not responsible for damaged or lost returned packages.
Items returned outside the 21-day policy and/or do not fit the return guidelines will be sent back with a future order or donated to charity after 30 days.
Items NOT eligible for return include: Sale/Clearance Items, jewelry, undergarments including bras & seamless camis, socks, scarves, belts, hats, hair accessories, and Gift Cards.

If you feel you have received defective merchandise or you were shipped the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can take care of you.
Due to the fast-moving pace of our limited inventory we cannot exchange merchandise as we cannot guarantee that the size you want to exchanging for will be in-stock at the time we receive your return. It is best to go ahead & purchase the item in the size you are needing, then use your store credit from return towards your next purchase.
